  Andy Kliene A shot of euthasol and bring a conviction. The funds spent to save this one animal would go much further saving multiple other animals in a shelter. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.

  Bonny Thomas Lee Well actually, I am not fond of Chihuahuas ....except on enchiladas, please don't screen shot this, it is a lame attempt at levity on a terrible news day. The photo of the poor dog made me just about cry. However the dead and hurt children make me want to cry even more. OK, someone come up with a good joke so we can smile..it is bedtime for Bonny.
