Recently Jeff Borchardt (Bogart) posted that he was leaving the Pit Bull Propaganda Machine Revealed group for a variety of reasons. In his very long “goodbye” message he listed them and I won’t bore you with all of it because it really proved to just be garbage anyway but his first one bears repeating. He spoke of copyright laws, libel, etc and how they are “just threats”. What he doesn’t get is that they AREN’T just threats, but they may not actually be criminal as far as Facebook is concerned with one minor detail he left out. The picture posted on the Propaganda group was NEVER a public picture. It was one they got by Jenni Sue signing in (by her own admission) on someone ELSE’S profile and STEALING what was a “friends only” posting by the girl or her mother (I’m not sure exactly which). That is copyright infringement and it is not only illegal, it is against the FB terms of service which is why FB eventually removed it from the group. He just doesn’t get it because he is so blinded by his hate and his need to try to prove his point, so he’ll do whatever it takes, even violate this girl against her express wishes. Just like they did to Kara before she was even buried. It is also a civil matter, and there is going to come a day when someone has the means to sue these people, and they will win. Unfortunately many of the people they do this to simply don’t have the knowledge or financial means to chase someone that is in another state. And Bogart and the rest of the DBO clan are more than happy to take FULL ADVANTAGE of that.

Again posting a picture that was already removed by Facebook for Copyright Infringement. A picture that he was told REPEATEDLY this woman did NOT want posted publicly. A story that is NOT HIS TO TELL.
These people prove over and over and over every single day that they could give two whits about victims or their rights or their lives.
