Quite often, because we try to find the reasons for an attack (to prevent future ones) we get yelled at for attacking the victims. You see, according to DBO, pit bulls attack for no reason whatsoever, no matter what the situation (look at the dog in Lancaster a couple days ago who attacked AFTER HIS DRUNKEN OWNER STABBED HIM, they blame the dog for actually attacking). *sigh* But when it’s not a pit? Well obviously it’s the owners fault. Of course the admin for Safe Dog Society HAS to make this an owner issue, because one of her favorite dogs of choice is a boxer, so she can never acknowledge that a boxer can, yes, do as much damage as a pit bull.Rebecca Furr

Probably two of the most horrendous comments I have ever read. And to make it even more fun (not) she left these on an article about the man who was killed by his boxer, while breaking up a dog fight, also leaving the mans wife in the hospital in Arizona.
These are not victim’s advocates. These are not people talking about education and how to prevent serious injury and death from dogs. These are people using every single incident they can find to wish harm on other humans, to try to destroy a type of dog (including boxers and shepherds now apparently) and to just be hateful and vile with the security of the internet to protect them.

So, whenever a news article comes out about a dog attack (doesn’t even matter the actual story anymore, they bombard every single dog story there is) the haters copy and paste 100s of stories (many old, many not accurate) over and over to try to drown out anyone that might speak positively about pit bulls. here’s proof.
They are incapable and unwilling to actual converse. They simply want everyone to jump on their BSL bandwagon and party. Oh, and celebrate more deaths that they think prove their point while ignoring those that detract from it. Silly rabbits. Trix are for kids.
